Hello! My husband Richard & I moved to Arkansas over 34 years ago. We were looking for a better place to raise our 2 young sons, and we found a beautiful farm that we fell in love with, and made the Ozarks our home. I have Real Estate in my blood, my father was a Real Estate Broker, and I grew up in the business. In 1984 I began managing real estate income producing property as well as selling property. I worked with several local companies & in 1996 we opened Southern Pines Realty of the Ozarks, conveniently located on the 4 lane hwy at the light-at the entrance of Cherokee Village. This is our 21st year & we have met so many great folks; we love introducing newcomers to all the great things this part of the country has to offer. We also offer great nightly rentals (very neat & super clean) for those who need lodging while they look at property (or for those who just want to stay on the lake, golf course or river a few nts or even a few weeks!). My husband & I are big animal lovers and support animal rescue- we have 3 wonderful rescue dogs as well as a flock of free range chickens! I am a former board member of our local Board of Realtors.
